  Where do I start, The day after purchasing a £6500 bmw from gpr cars there was a noise coming from under the bonnet whilst the car was running, I took the car back several times that week to keep being fobbed off. The mechanic was so unprofessional it was embarrassing, there he stood with his head under the bonnet with a lit cigarette hanging out of his mouth to then proceed to tell me the noise was coming from the fan belt they then sent me to another garage for a can of belt slip spray, yes that was all well and good if you wanted to keep spraying the belt everytime you drove the car but I wanted it fixing especially after they claim a full service and check had been done prior to the sale. After much discussion gpr cars told me they would replace the belt but at my cost, that’s where my warranty comes in right the warranty that they sold me but oh no guess what it wasn’t covered conveniently. Anyway moving on I had the fan belt and pully replaced but guess what still we have a noice so after further investigation by a reputable garage we find the problem ... the water pump is knackered. So in my opinion the full service and checks where never done and if they were then gpr cars needs a new mechanic. Prior to the sale they couldn’t help enough but as soon as that cash was handed over they couldn’t care less about their customers, I personally will never return and I will advise everybody I know to avoid GPR cars like the plague.
